We have a Linux server that we'd like to load the AppleTalk module at boot. Once it's up, doing insmod AppleTalk works. My boss would prefer (didn't ask him why, as he was quite harassed at the time) to not add a line to /etc/rc.d/rc.local. We figure there should be a way to have it running as the machine boots up and loads other modules, but neither of us know what it is. Searching deja (somewhat over quickly) just found the add to /etc/rc.d/rc.local solution. I'm assuming it's a simple answer, but would be grateful for help. TIA Scott Robbins
