Hi all, How can I figure out the size of an jpeg image ? file returns me the size of pngs: |ranma@example.com:~/mantrha/bilder$ file animelyrics.png |animelyrics.png: PNG image data, 88 x 31, 8-bit colormap, interlaced but not of jpegs: |ranma@example.com:~/mantrha/bilder$ file mononoke_hime.jpg |mononoke_hime.jpg: JPEG image data, JFIF standard Is there some tool which can be used in a script to figure out the size of an jpeg ? (would be even better if it does other formats too) -- Tobias PGP-Key: 0x9AC7E0BC echo ${SIGNATURE}
