They have a purpose in life other than sending spams and denial-of-service attacks? Remember the magazine spams of a few years ago? The spammer was one Kevin L. (Lipschitz? I don't remember for sure now) and his internet addressibility service (not sure if that meant the same as DNS) was provided by Kazan Corp., i.e. escape.com. Roman Kazan of Kazan Corp. is the only person known to have undertaken a successful denial of service attack against me. Kazan decided to send his own numerous spams from escape.com to my account at my previous employer, filled my mailbox and caused my employer's machine to bounce legitimate e-mail that had been addressed to me. Sorry this has nothing to do with MS-DOS applications. I'm just amazed to see escape.com being used in some legitimate manner. -- Norman Diamond
