Help wih building KDE libraries

Hi

I am tying to build KDE libraries and get the error

Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 2.2.2) (headers and libraries) not
found. Plea
se check your installation!

when I run

./configure

When I use configure I use the options

 ./configure --with-qt-dir=/usr/local/qt/src
--with-qt-libraries=/usr/local/qt/lib
--with-qt-includes=/usr/local/qt/include

Below is some relevant information(I think).
Can anyone see whats going on?
Any help appriciated.

Cheers

Tony
