The version in RH7J has a clickable button on the hints screen. I don't remember if you need to click it in or out, but you just need to click it to change it from the default, and it won't display hints again. And it actually works! Of course in order to get it back, you need to navigate a twisty maze (and see a shrink, in either order). -- Norman Diamond
