For reply-to, put this in your .pinerc file: customized-hdrs = Reply-To: ranma@example.com (but, in the case of mail to tlug, the reply-to field of posts the list get set to tlug@ I think). AFAIK, Pine looks at the Linux user's name (if you log in as ranma, then ranma) and the domain name setting (user-domain = gmx.at) in deciding what goes into the From field. In the above case, the From field would be ranma@example.com .
