Hi folks, My name is listed as a attendee of year-end party as I requested. Unfortunately I had a sudden business appointment in this afternoon and I need to cancel tonight gathering. It is very regretable to do so and I would like to apologise for the very short notice. If any costy incurred by my cancelation, please let me know for the settlement.
