1. PLEASE, backup your html directory tree:
   $ cp -a myhtml myhtml.save
2. run something like (assuming bash):
   $ for f in `find myhtml -name "*.html"`; do nfk $f > $f.tmp; mv $f.tmp $f; done

I _didn't_ test this, please don't forget to backup.
