tlug: init_module: Device or resource busy

I was trying to get my debian machine hooked up the LAN here (so that I can 
download the newest X) and for that reason wanted to install the module for my 
network card, which was actually in the list of available modules :D But 
unfortunately I get an error message: "... init_module: Device or resource busy"
What could that be? How can I make it un-busy?
