More on slow mail delivery on tlug-outgoing:

   65, 54, 50, 91, 84, 51, 39, 25 (all in minutes)

that's a random collection of times it took for hikari.tlug.gr.jp to
deliver tlug mails to our mailserver -- the time from
majordom@example.com handing the mail to hikari to the mail reaching here.

With less than 300 (?) members, would it take that long to complete
the mail delivery? I think sendmail on hikari is not forking an
optimal number of processes for sending ...
