>...the people doing the DNS server do not understand what a TTL is. Does anybody know of a DNS how-to in Japanese I can give to these people? My own understanding of DNS is a bit of an embarassment to me, so the thought of explaining over the phone in Japanese is concerning me... Darren P.S.
