tlug: DNS how-to in Japanese?

Does anybody know of a DNS how-to in Japanese I can give to these people?
My own understanding of DNS is a bit of an embarassment to me, so the
thought of explaining over the phone in Japanese is concerning me...

P.S. The context for this is lowering the TTL for a day or two before
changing IP address for a web site.
