Can someone tell me what this says?  What is 「でも」saying in this case?

"A demo B demo, C" means "For either A or B, C", e.g.

Ja: "Whiskey demo bi-ru demo, o-sake ga nomeru zo!"
En: "I can hold my drink, be it whiskey or beer!"
