The closest they come to your English phrase is:
Tell me you are kidding.
冗談ですよねえ。/うそだ纔瘢韭絎竢軅ってくれ。

The first looks really close to your first with the
substitution of "yo ne" for "ka".  Maybe the 「よねえ。」
gives a better feeling for incredulity than 「か」??
