Hmm.  I've just had a closer look at the spec for HTML 4.0, and
it looks like I'm using the wrong encoding method?  Will
"enctype=multipart/form-data" and structuring the transaction
as a file upload out of /tmp work?  Or am I misinterpreting
the spec?
