Sometimes every 15sec and then again not for 20min -
sporadic, but often.

There wasn't anything in the queue - when I looked.  Maybe
something was hanging earlier and eventually made it.  Why
does it say `NOQUEUE'?

PS: The line out of Japan seems to be quite flacky recently, 
    maybe that's the reason.
