Umm, GOL's namer servers are:

ns01.dns.gol.com        internet address = 203.216.4.4
ns02.dns.gol.com        internet address = 203.216.4.5
ns03.dns.gol.com        internet address = 203.216.70.70
ns04.dns.gol.com        internet address = 203.216.71.70

Put any two in your resolv.conf (GOL customers only, please  ;-)  ),
preferably either ns01 or ns02 and either ns03 and ns04 (so that you
have nameservers on different subnets).

203.216.12.3 is not a name server.
