tlug: networking question (ipchains)

OK, in a cisco access list you can do something like:

access-list 101 permit tcp established

which will allow established connections to connect back (ie, if you
make a telnet connection with a source port addr of 1515, 1515 will be
allowed back so that the telnet connection will work).

What's the equivalent ipchains command?
