At least, that's my opinion. It is a distribution that was created by the
members of PJE. They were the first ones to package japanese extensions
for Slackware and RH. It is quite tought out for stability and for being slim.
The only problem might be if you don't like canna, but I know many people
using it with Wnn6 also.
