 Yesteday the situation were a bit better. I succeeded to download the
file using wget. It took nearly 4 hours.
 I also succeeded to boot it on HP's Kayak (Pentium-2 333 MHz).

 You are doing a good job. Here are some suggestions from me.

1) You write on install.txt.
>> /etc/rc.d/devfs.rc
But it should be /etc/rc.devfs

2) lilo version is 20, while Redhat-6.0 is using lilo 21.

3) If you omit kernel source files, the distribution would be under 30 MB.
 Of course you need to explain how to get source files.

I hope Greenfrog keeps the title of the most fresh distro.
