I am  using PJE-0.1,  which  is probably  very outdated.  With PJE-0.1
libVFlib.so.2.22.10 was in the package:

mike@example.com PJE-0.1/rpm/packages/RPMS$ rpm -qlp vflib-2.22PL10-1.i386.rpm |grep lib.so
/usr/local/lib/libVFlib.so.2.22.10

Maybe it is still in the same place with the newer PJE?
