A week or so ago, someone posted a question regarding ISDN and
auto-detection of voice/fax/data, and etc.  Here's something that might
be of use there.  There's a package called Vbox, which is an ISDN
answering machine, available at:

ftp://ftp.goerres.de/pub/vbox-2.0.0b4.tar.gz

and a Gnome front-end (currently alpha, according to the home page) for
it (this looks really nice):
