tlug: enscript support for B5

Since my favorite paper size is B5 since it has less paper jamming
effect for A4 laserprinter and what I usually get is A4 or Letter size
postscript file, I made alias that print 2-up B5 from A4:

  alias bmknupe='(pstops "2:0L@example.com(19.21cm,4.19cm)+1L@example.com(19.21cm,17.04cm)"|psselect -e -r|lpr -Plips3.1 ) < '
  alias bmknupo='(pstops "2:0L@example.com(19.21cm,4.19cm)+1L@example.com(19.21cm,17.04cm)"|psselect -o|lpr -Plips3.1 ) < '

Yes, I use both sides and canon laserprinter.

And numbers are calculated from definition from gv setup:

  B5, 516	729

I think unit is 1/72 dot per inch and 1 inch is 2.54cm.
Regards,
Kei.
