That portion of the headers read:

  MIME-Version: 1.0
  X-Mailer: Internet Mail Service (5.5.2232.9)
  X-WSS-ID: 1AA494C7243707-01-01
  Content-Type: text/plain;  charset=csiso2022jp
  Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit

Does that provide any clues?
