Get your mind out of the gutter . . . there's only room enough for me

OK, here it is:

Among the volunteers, who reads and writes the best Japanese (by
computer; handwriting not needed, I suppose).  JPNIC will not likely
ever phone, so speaking/listening isn't an issue.

It should entail some reading ability and/or ready access to a native
speaker, because anything JPNIC sends will be in Japanese.  The only
stuff they have in English is on the web site, or a few pages in their
newsletter from time to time.

The JPNIC contact may never actually have to do anything at all, so this
is likely to be a low/no hours committment, but if they ever do have to
do anything, it will be in Japanese.

Most JPNIC stuff will probably be handled through GOL, since we will be
doing DNS for TLUG.
