tlug: 1run C++,Fortran,Ratfor makes

Hi all,

I'm looking for a 'make' program for TL3.0 that can take
multiple sources files (such as C++, Fortran, and/or Ratfor)
and output a single object file in one pass.  I don't know
if such a beast exists, but...

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
