tlug: xf86configration

Hi all
My attempts to config. The X Window system always fails asking me that the
binary of x Server dose n't seems to be a binary file, I have to reinstall
or setup the xf86 again.
My Vedio card defnition:
Chipset:  s3801/805
Sever: XF86-s3
Ramdac: s3gendac
O.S S.u.S.E Linux 5.3
Can some one help?
