hm, all the distros I've used (Slack 2.x, Redhat 2.x, 3.x, 4.x, 5.x, TL
(any version)) starts at ALT-F7.  But if, as you say, there's a monkey at
the keyboard, press 'em all until it works - monkeys are easily amused :)
