(1) Just save the whole thing.  UUdecode will do the right thing
unless there is a line that matches 

	     "^begin +[0-7][0-7][0-7] [\000-\040\377]+$"

besides that one.

(2) Most mailers will do this for you.  Eg, in XEmacs + VM, do
"|uudecode" and you will have the file in whatever XEmacs thinks your
default directory is.  I'm sure Pine permits similar functionality;
troll the menus.
