probably a problem with the perl module.  Just get the new perl module
from the 3.0J distribution, when it comes out.  Do NOT use the ones from
the 3.0 English distro, as they're designed for perl 5.005_02...

BTW, TL 3.0 is up on ftp.pht.com now.
