actually... wait, pine uses Canna?  hm.  I always just use kinput2 and
type into my kterm-window-with-pine-in-it like that.  I know there's some
way to input that other stuff (does emacs/xemacs 'egg' handle that?), but
I don't know of any standalone servers like kinput2 for non-japanese.
