Statistics don't lie, people do.  All statistics that are faithful
calculations from the data are useful (often vanishingly so :-).  But
don't blame the numbers for the reaction of the innumerate.

I think this is quite analogous to the True Faith of Linux: "don't
bitch, enrich".[1]  (Sneaking under the Halloween deadline for
advocacy on the main list.)
