tlug: Linux+Gnome in 140,000 Mexican school labs

The latest Linux Weekly News (my favorite source for Linux editorials)
just came out a little while ago.

The lead is an article about a big project win in Mexico that I had
initially ignored when I saw the blurb on slashdot, but the more I read
in lwn the more significant this deal sounds.  Very interesting reading.
