I'm unsure Plat'Home will stock Sparc 20 memory; your best bet
are the junk shops where you can often find old workstation parts.

(Slightly off topic) FYI,
I use http://www.impress.co.jp/akibamap/ for PC/AT stuff, they tell
you which shop is currently stocking the cheapest memory and CPU's 
and have good information on current bargains.
