Mr. Turnbull always has his included text in these nice justified
paragraphs like this:

     Sensei> It's really nice to have the included text in
     Sensei> a formatted paragraph like this.  It is very
     Sensei> clear who wrote the text *and* which part of

Which MUA is Mr. Turnbull using to do this, or is it some do-it-yo-sef 
elisp code?
