tlug: SNES9x 1.10a source release

The newest SNES (super nintendo emulator) version's source code is now
available at www.snes9x.com.  SNES9x is an excellent super nintendo
emulator for Linux, DOS, Win32, MacOS, StrongARM (yeah, it'll run on your
netwinder :) ), Solaris, FreeBSD, and others.  It'll work with SVGALib or
X11 in its Linux implementation.  Also it will support SNES
Mouse/superscope emulation using your pc mouse, and it will support 2 and
4-button joystick devices as well.
