S.u.S.E. has only partial glibc support at this time, if I understand
the FAQ correctly:

	S.u.S.E. Linux <= 5.3 is a libc5 based distribution. S.u.S.E.
	Linux 5.3 added support for glibc2 binaries, and beginning with
	S.u.S.E. Linux 6.0, expected at the end of 1998, S.u.S.E. is
	making the move to glibc2.
