tlug: tlug list unusually slow?

Attached are the headers from my most recent posting to the tlug list.

One hour and 32 minute turn around time for a list with only ~150
members?!!  What's taking tlug.linux.or.jp so long to run through the
list?

Gotta have one heck of a sliding window to keep up with the Turnbull
keyboard with that kind of latency.  Shoot, you've gotta be psychic.
