There is a program called www-get or httpget or something like that
(maybe several of them).  Probably a perl script.  Find it, and then
it's a one-liner (don't trust that, I don't know for sure it will
cough it up on stdout, do RTFM first ;-):

wwwget $URL | sendmail $USER
