Plenty of vendors.  Single board computers (SBC) cost significantly more
than commercial PC's, but at the low end they're pretty cheap.

Try http://www.picmg.org/ for starters (if you want PCI bus).  They are
an industry consortium of industrial computer manufacturers.  They have
a searchable list of suppliers on their web site.
