Not sure about Trinux, but you should take a look at the Linux Router
Project (http://www.psychosis.com/linux-router/) and Tom's Root/Boot
disk (http://www.clark.net/~toehser/rb).  

I haven't played with the router stuff yet, but Tom's Root/Boot disk is
beyond fabulous -- the mother of all rescue disks.  Tom's disk isn't
exactly configured as a firewall, but it wouldn't be to modify it
appropriately for your particular application.

God, I love linux.  These things can really impress the neighbors.
