tlug: Start and stop Apache on TL2.0

Hi,

After I added some MIME types to /etc/mime.types, I tried to restart
Apache on TL2.0J from remote telnet as super user mode. I typed as in
manual.

 kill 'cat /usr/local/etc/httpd/logs/httpd.pid'

then I got 'No such pid ....' message.

Where is http.pid on TL2.0J and how to stop and start again Apache? 
Please let me know.
