Perl scripts are good for ... hmm, on second thought, I'll save what I
was going to write about Perl for Penthouse Letters, where I can get
paid for it.  The executive summary is that Perl is good for
situations where doing it the same way twice is boring, and creativity 
gets high premiums, and doing it exactly right is unnecessary because
it's best when done "by hand" anyway (which isn't true for the EP
Penthouse Letters version).

The Way, the Truth, and the Light here is to figure out how to use
SGML tools (not sgmltools, use sp).  Then you won't get hosed when you 
change HTML DTDs.

And you can't POSSIBLY make a case-sensitivity mistake.

This is actually trivial (but mendoukusai, also I don't have a MBCS
version at the moment so can't test) using Clark's sp.
