Yes, qmail has a minor problem with its being incorporated into most linux
distributions.  For some reason the author has decided that the program is
to be available as source only.  I remember reading that compiled versions are
only allowed with his permission.  Since I have yet to see a rpm or deb
package,
my guess is he either won't allow it or no one has asked him yet.
