Well, fortunately (or not, depending on your viewpoint :)  it's fake.  See

which includes a link to the original picture, which was doctored (and not
even from an intel chip!)

Of course, considering there was no last name printed, it could have just as
easily been referring to that Clinton guy that nobody likes either :)
