There's a home page for out-of-control robots.  I forget what it is.
I'm sure these guys are on it now.  I'd suggest dropping a note to
webmaster@example.com and put the robots' IP addresses into
/etc/hosts.deny.

If you don't get a reply from webmaster in a week, write them again
and put _all_ infoweb domain IP addresses into /etc/hosts.deny.  That
will wake them up.
