They're quite popular in the USA, for some reason.  Last I checked, it's
still-frame capture only, and it costs more than many full-motion TV tuner
cards...  Rush Limbaugh was advertising them for a while, as I recall.
Contrary to what many people will tell you, he's a good source of
advertising, and usually things that he advertises increase in popularity,
even if they're not necessarily the best product in their class.
