We don't have to necessarily stand in front of a shop selling Win98.
There are at least two locations in Akihabara where there is a concentration
DOS/V parts shops employees use to distribute leaflets. I would be hard
to make more noise than they do to call the attention of the pedestrians
passing by.

And for the yakiniku/beer garden, does anybody know a good place not so
far from Akiba?
