What does this have to do with Japan and/or Linux?

Not that I bother with topicality, but at least I write enough that
you know why I'm off-topic.  :-)  This "one line + URL" stuff smells
like "Hi!  I'm Tanya and me and my girlfriends just started a new home
page and we're ready to do anything you want!"
