Re: tlug: remote xterm

You are necessary to issue "xhost +my_pc" command at your X-server.

I don't know wheter this is OK, but usually I login to X-client,
Cray in this case, and issue such as "xterm &".

#	May be "rsh cray "DISPLAY=MyPC:0.0; xterm &" will work, but

Before to do so, I'm neccessary to set DISPLAY environment-variables
to set, and

This is becasue your X-server dosen't permit to display Cray's
pictures, to do so you are necessary to issu "xhost +..."

Thus;

step-1	on X-server (your PC)
	issue "xhost +Cray"

step-2	on X-client (Cray)
	setenv DISPLAY your_PC		#	or
	export DISPLAY=your_PC #	in case of bash
	DISPLAY=your_PC; export DISPLAY	#	in case of sh

setp-3	on X-client (Cray)
	xterm &

This is the case that X-server is like unix-systems, if you want
to display Cray's picture on Win{NT,95} or Mac, see
