Thanks Scott :-)  Our ISDN access point in Kawasaki is even more lightly
loaded than that.  At the height of Internet rush hour, it only hits about
50% utilization.  The analog side will go over 90% and occasionally hit
100, but I guess ISDN just isn't popular in Kawasaki.
